At Beds Online Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a transparent return and refund process in accordance with UK consumer rights.
1. Return Period
You have 31 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

All original accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or is the incorrect product, Beds Online Shop will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Please report damages within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos.

Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We can arrange a professional collection for a flat fee of £49.99, which will be deducted from your final refund. Alternatively, you may arrange your own courier, though we are not liable for any damage incurred during transit in this case.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our Customer Support Team with the following information:

Photos or videos of the item (mandatory if the item is damaged or defective). Please note: Returns sent back without prior authorization from our team will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method.

Timeline: Please allow 7–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account after the inspection is complete.

Shipping Fees: Original delivery is free to nationwide.
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you require an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement once the original item has been collected and verified.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been dispatched. Most orders are dispatched within 72 hours. If the order has already left our warehouse, a handling/rerouting charge may apply.
