Do you deliver everywhere?
We do not deliver to offshore locations such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands.

How does the bed come packed?
Apart from Small Single and Single beds, the bases are delivered in two halves for easy transportation upstairs. The headboard and mattress are delivered separately and need to be attached.
All our beds are preassembled, requiring minimal assembly. Instructions are provided with the bed.

How long is delivery?
Delivery is within 5-10 working days, depending on your postal area.

Do your products conform to UK fire safety regulations?
Yes, absolutely. All our products conform to UK fire and safety regulations, which is very important to us.

Do your products come with a guarantee?
Yes, our items come with a 5-year guarantee.

How long do I have to return my order?
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period for returns. You can return the item within that period. If you cannot arrange a return yourself, please contact us, and we can provide a quote from our courier.

Do you have a warehouse or shop where we can view beds and mattresses?
We do not have a warehouse or shop, but you are welcome to visit our factory to view our products and see our manufacturing process.

Are the beds and mattresses made in the UK?
Yes, all our items are made in the UK by skilled British craftsmen.

Why are you cheaper than other retailers?
Our prices are lower because our products come directly from our factory to your door, eliminating the middlemen.

Do you assemble the beds?
Yes, we can assemble the beds for you, but there may be a small charge for this service.

Can I pay with cash on delivery?
Yes, we accept cash on delivery. Please contact our office, and one of our team members will process the order for you.

What if I cannot accept my delivery?
Contact us to make alternative arrangements. We can leave the item in a safe place, with a neighbor, or reschedule for a more convenient date.
